Comprehensive Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial deposit is strictly non-refundable and is required to lock in your reservation and secure your accommodations.

Late Payment Fees: Please adhere strictly to the payment schedule above. A late fee of $100.00 will be automatically assessed for any payments received after the final due date.

Cancellation & Forfeiture Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Because we must prepay hotels, airlines, and vendors well in advance, the following strict cancellation penalties apply:

• Inside 120 Days of Departure: A 25% penalty of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
• Inside 90 Days of Departure: A 50% penalty of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
• After Final Payment Date: 100% non-refundable. All payments made will be completely forfeited without exception.

Travel Insurance: Because of these strict forfeiture rules, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen illnesses, emergencies, or cancellations.
